His Holiness the Pope made the President of the Pontifical Council for Iner-religious Dialogue a Cardinal on October 5th 2019.
His Eminence Miguel Ayuso, President of the Pontifical Council for Iner-religious Dialogue became a Cardinal at a ceremony in St Peter’s Basilica by HH the Pope, This installation emphasises the value the Holy See places on inter-religious dialogue.
The ceremony was attended by Dr Mehool Sanghrajka, Managing Trustee of the Institute of Jainology, who represented the Jain faith.
