Local firemen attend talk at Jain temple

Some 30 peopele visited the Jain Temple at Oshwal centre yesterday

1. In the morning the local fireman came to visit from 10.30am onwards until 12.30. Some 10 fireman came with their 2 fire engines. They enjoyed the talk given by Vijaybhai and were very pleased with the visit. Many of them had a number of questions and which we answered. They had tea and coffee and then went.

2. The Westmister group was 20 people form various faiths for the visit. They again found it interesting and were very pleased with talk given by Vijaybhai in the Deraser. They were all impressed with the Deraser and beauty of it how it looks.  Again a number of questions and answers were raised and given. They had tea and  coffee and left at around 4.30pm.
Many of the vistors plan to come again and bring some more people to the centre soon.

All those would came today were all impressed with Jain way of life and seemed to have gained some knowledge of Jainism. It has hopefully created the right image for OAUK as part of the interfaith week and Jainism.
