Jaina Yoga – 12th Jaina Studies Workshop at SOAS

Centre of Jaina Studies, School of Oriental & African Studies, London (SOAS) have announced a provisional program for the forthcoming 12th Jaina Studies Workshop and the details of 10th Annual Jain Lecture.

The two day workshop on Jaina Yoga will commence on 18 March at 6pm with the 10th Annual Jain Lecture.

The lecture titled “The Historical Development of the Jaina-Yoga System and the Impact of other Indian Yoga Systems on it”, will be delivered by Professor Sagarmal Jain of Parshvanath Research Institute, Varanasi.  

 All are invited to the workshop and to keep the event free of charge for all,  SOAS will welcome any sponsorship which will be acknowledged in the conference brochure unless otherwise stated.
