Code of Conduct
The Institute of Jainology (IoJ) is honoured to represent the Jain community at significant public, academic, and national occasions. Guests play an important role in reflecting the dignity and values of our community. This Code of Conduct ensures that all attendees can participate with confidence, comfort, and respect. By attending an IoJ event, you agree to follow these guidelines:

Please follow directions from IoJ representatives, venue staff, and security teams. This helps events run smoothly and ensures a safe and respectful environment for all. - Photography and Recording
Where photography, filming, or live streaming is restricted, guests are asked to refrain from taking photos or recording. This protects the privacy of participants, the rules of the venue and maintains the formality of the occasion. - Respectful Interactions
Please do not approach speakers, dignitaries, or official guests for informal photos. This preserves their focus and the decorum of the event. - Dress Code
When a dress code is specified, your adherence helps create a unified and dignified representation of the Jain community. - Professional Conduct
We ask all guests to be punctual, attentive, and courteous throughout, allowing everyone to enjoy a smooth and meaningful event experience. - Departure Procedures
